The regulated efflux of custom made laminar airflow supplies the work zone with ISO Class 5 air cleanliness to offer the best product production by a clean bench in the industry. The Horizontal Laminar Flow workstations pushes the air through a HEPA filter and directs the filtered air horizontally over the work surface at a constant speed, toward the operator.Our versatile unit is useful for various works that require maintenance of the cleanness and purity like plant tissue culture, examination and experimentation of precision electronic parts, medical science, entomology, pharmacy, agriculture sector, seed science, veterinary science. Horizontal Laminar Air Flow generally have a taller and therefore a larger loading and working area. This allows for instruments, like microscopes to be placed inside. They are typically the preferred selection for plant tissue culture, media plate preparation, electronics inspection, medical device assembly and pharmacy drug preparation. Because they do not provide protection to the user, they should not be used in conjunction with biohazardous material, toxins or radionuclides. The floor standing & portable cabinet provides access for passage of materials inside through a double door pass through box. The Biosafety Cabinet Class I have an open front design and works on the principle of negative pressure generation. The exhausted air is filtered through high efficiency perfect air filter before disbursing in the environment. This Biological Safety Cabinet Class I is ideal to be used where user protection and environmental protection is key but does not provide product protection.

The entire air shower assembly is HEPA/ULPA filtered, pre-wired and tested, ready to use with a simple plug-in, therefore providing an unmatched ease of operation. Moreover, the use of high quality construction materials ensures unparalleled manufacturing quality, whereas the highly efficient blowers and motors ensure long lasting dependable results.
Innoclean offers pass-box that are reliable and heavy duty. We make pass-box in GI powder-coated as well as SS304 construction. Both Static & Dynamic pass-box are offered by us. Though standard models are available in 24″ X 24″ & 18″ X 18″ sizes, we offer any size. The two doors of all our pass-boxes are interlocked with electromagnetic latches with an led indication. When one door is open the other door cannot be opened. A UV lamp is fit in the pass-box and a CFL lamp will be installed on request. The doors are double glazed with Poly carbonate sash. If these are installed on Modular wall panels or aluminum sections, additional support from floor / wall has to be provided.
nno Clean Filter Modules are HEPA filtration systems that cater to the “Small Clean Room” requirements of Clients who work on a limited budget and for applications where a full fledged Clean Room, involving major site alterations and costs is not possible or not necessary. To meet these requirements, MARK has developed HEPA filter Modules each of the modules has a specific purpose as detailed below. The Positive Pressure Module feeds fresh air into the room after HEPA filtration, the Room Air Dilution Module recirculates room air through the HEPA filter in repeated cycles resulting in dilution of the concentration of contaminants / particulate matter in the room, the AC connectable Module filters the cooled air from the window air conditioner in a HEPA filter and supplies sterile air to the room. A combination of the modules described above helps in achieving the desired cleanliness level in the room.
